Concha belts traditionally are worn slightly below the waist riding loosely on top of the hips.The sterling silver conchas and sterling silver butterfly spaces can be pushed closer together or father apart to adjust to any size waist to wear over hips. The existing leather is just over 40 " long so fits most waists from under 24" to over 36 as is.
But components can always be transferred to new leathers of custom lengths as well for additional options.
