Antique 13 Antler Stag Horn Hasselbring 1906 Patent Bottle Opener & Hidden Corkscrew. This is a very large example of John Hasselbring's 1906 American design patent bottle opener - the Baltimore Loop Seal remover cutter, this one with a hidden screw in corkscrew. The mount is sterling silver and marked "STERLING". There is a very small dent on the sterling silver mount as shown in last photo; metal portion shows minimal wear.
