Novelty antique English sterling silver vesta case with enamel front showing a burning cigar with the words " It all Ends in" the cigar being the smoke. Hallmarked from Birmingham in 1887 with the makers mark being that of David & Lionel Spiers. Lid opens and closes perfectly with tension and closes with a pleasing snap, enamel all intact, there are however a number of small dinks to back and the two sides, only dinks and no splits on the seems.
