Beautiful antique sterling silver etched decanter stopper. 3.84" tip to base 2.34" width at widest. 1" glass portion width just above beveled edge to up to 1.2" at top near sterling part. It looks like the glass may be etched with the number 12. I don't see any dents or pitting.
